Technical Support Engineer Position

About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Cloud Software Group. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced-level technical support to customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming customer support requests with a focus on delivering world-class customer experiences.
- Assists customers with complex technical issues, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Effectively understands customer environments, including research to determine root causes of issues.
- Provides meaningful contributions to assigned projects and tasks, under minimal supervision.
- Contributes to the Knowledge Centered System (KCS) by attaching relevant articles, creating new articles, and editing existing ones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years in a support role within the service industry.
- Good knowledge in computing (Mac & PC), networking, web browsers, PC troubleshooting, firewalls, and proxy servers preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Some knowledge of Single Sign On (SSO) and server administration skills.
- The following skills are preferred:
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server roles and features, IIS, AD, and DNS.
- Basic knowledge of load balancing technologies (NetScaler preferred).
- Database knowledge in SQL.
- Knowledge in Javascript, Python, and PHP, API calls.
- Conditional Calculations.
