About the Role

As a Destination Sales Manager at Marriott Worldwide, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue for our hotel properties. You will work closely with off-property sales channels to ensure seamless collaboration and maximize sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute site inspection plans to showcase our hotels' amenities and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive future bookings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor analysis, and local destination knowledge to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, or a related professional area.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
