Role Overview

This position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating with a global team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tourism business and a deep understanding of the Specialist Business area, including groups, roundtrips, fly & drive.

About You
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the tourism industry, particularly in the Specialist Business segment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • A well-respected individual with a proven track record of managing costs, quotations, and providing high-quality service.
  • A pro-active professional with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • A team player with a supportive attitude who thrives in an international environment.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Maintain productive relationships with Specialist Business clients.
  2. Develop and prepare tailored proposals (quotes) adapting our programs to meet client needs, ensuring the highest levels of quality and competitiveness.
  3. Coordinate with the Operational Team to deliver necessary documentation for confirmed businesses and support them during operational arrangements.
  4. Analyze operational reports, product, and services quality, as well as customer feedback.
  5. Support other TUI MM areas, such as Commercial, Finance, and Product Teams by providing quality information to generate business intelligence.
  6. Negotiate with suppliers to optimize agreements signed by the Product/Contracting Teams.
  7. Analyze and improve profitability by managing costs.
  8. Support in the design and development of client fam trips, providing a personalized service.
  9. Acquire deep knowledge of our products and services through fam trips and site inspections.
