Sales Operations Lead for WW SEA Efficiency

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented sales operations manager to join our WW Solutions Engineering & Architecture Operations (WW SEA Ops) team within HashiCorp. Our WW SEA Ops function is a small, agile team focused on high-priority strategic projects/programs that impact the global SEA organization and the broader company as a whole.
This team will play a significant role in enhancing the overall efficiency and productivity of the HashiCorp technical sales force, ultimately contributing to top-line revenue growth and cost/risk reduction across the org. We seek to bring diverse sets of individuals and teams together by unifying best practices and driving strategic initiatives across the SEA organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deep dive regularly into metrics to identify root cause issues/opportunities
* Drive and maintain core programs designed to improve SEA efficiency and productivity
* Provide data-based recommendations to support projects/programs and strategic initiatives
* Help drive consistent best practices across geographies
* Partner cross-functionally to maintain/improve tools and processes used by SEA globally

Your Ideal Background:
* 4 years of experience in sales or business operations
* Ideal experience in Technology Sales, Sales Operations, or GTM operations
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales analyst capacity
* Excellent Salesforce (SFDC) skills
* System administration experience (SFDC, Vivun, Tableau) and knowledge of software release planning methodologies (agile/scrum)
* Strong Excel skills, and experience with Google Suite
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
