Your Role

We're currently recruiting for a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources organization. This role will be part of a team responsible for administering monthly commissions and payments in accordance with our Sales Compensation Plans.

As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you'll work closely with experienced Compensation Analysts to resolve sales-related issues, support operational audits, and ensure compliance with SOX controls.

Your Impact

  1. Participate in the roll-out of compensation plans to the sales force, preparing supporting documentation.
  2. Assist in researching and responding to sales employees' questions submitted through ServiceNow.
  3. Train sales and sales operations employees on the details of compensation plans and design.
  4. Conduct meetings with sales and sales operations employees to discuss all aspects of compensation inquiries.
  5. Assist in the monthly preparation of commissions forecasts, accruals, and payments for domestic and international sales organizations.
  6. Perform SOX control checks, related audits, reconciliations, and remediations in accordance with internal audit procedures.
  7. Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively interact with other departments.
  8. Provides ad-hoc compensation and commission analysis, modeling of proposed compensation plans, and reporting as required.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

3+ years of experience in finance/accounting/sales operations/commissions/payroll or related fields.Advanced spreadsheet skills required (lookups, charts, reports, and pivot tables).Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Must be organized, detail-oriented, thorough, and accurate.Ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines with complete accuracy.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and comfortable with large data-mining/analysis.Ability to work independently and take initiative.
