About America Steel Trade Corporation

We are an international trading company specializing in sourcing, exporting/importing, and distributing steel and raw materials to North, Central, and South American Markets.

Our Ideal Candidate

A motivated and self-driven individual with excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for assisting in operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in optimizing sales workflows
  • Research major target accounts and account prospects to improve the sales process
  • Develop and process weekly reports
  • Maintain customer spreadsheets and usage reports
  • Prepare all necessary documents for contract closure
  • Administer the sales process and provide administrative activities for meetings and other tasks
  • Add additional projects as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Effective project and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation, multi-tasking, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, initiative, common sense, creativity, and flexibility
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Business, or Law

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree (required)

Business development experience (1 year preferred)
