Job Summary
The Inbound Team Lead will lead a team of customer service representatives, providing exceptional customer service and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for analytics.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to raise awareness and understanding of processes
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss recent activities and barriers to completing work
- Lead call center type duties and tasks, ensuring excellent organizational and time management skills
- Develop and implement process improvements and creative solutions
- Support team success by determining work priorities and implementing timetables for team projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and process improvement
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Customer service or similar knowledge and degree
- 1-3 years experience in teams handling customer-facing and call centers
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English (C1) is a must
- Leadership skills and ability to drive results
- Experience with report generating, analyzing, and presenting data
- Microsoft Office advanced knowledge
