Job Summary

The Inbound Team Lead will lead a team of customer service representatives, providing exceptional customer service and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to raise awareness and understanding of processes
  • Participate in daily team meetings to discuss recent activities and barriers to completing work
  • Lead call center type duties and tasks, ensuring excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Develop and implement process improvements and creative solutions
  • Support team success by determining work priorities and implementing timetables for team projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and process improvement

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Customer service or similar knowledge and degree
  • 1-3 years experience in teams handling customer-facing and call centers
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English (C1) is a must
  • Leadership skills and ability to drive results
  • Experience with report generating, analyzing, and presenting data
  • Microsoft Office advanced knowledge
