About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Azure services. As a key member of our Customer Service & Support organization, you will be responsible for owning, troubleshooting, and solving customer technical issues related to Azure billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, investigate, and resolve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
- Participate in communities with peer delivery roles and develop specific technical and professional proficiency to enable understanding and resolution of customer issues.
- Identify potential product defects and provide feedback to more senior engineers, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
- Azure Fundamentals certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to effectively communicate next steps and status.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

This role requires passing a Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
