Role Overview

This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support experience with Microsoft Azure services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of cloud products.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for Microsoft Azure customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Own, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical issues using collaboration, best practices, and transparency within and across teams.
  • Identify cases requiring escalation and create incident management requests.
  • Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation, and digital self-help assets.
  • Develop and maintain technical coaching and mentoring activities.
  • Drive technical collaboration and engagement outside of customer support services.
  • Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services and/or technical support experience managing customers.
  • Familiarity with Azure and/or competing cloud products.
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills.
  • Technical skills: Understanding of subscription management and billing platforms.
  • College student highly preferred.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
