Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Tek Experts. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing world-class technical support to Microsoft commercial and enterprise clients, focusing on the Azure cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with end users to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Apply technical knowledge to resolve complex technical problems and provide guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve technical support processes and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain documentation for all cases, including queries, process steps, and resolutions.
  • Mentor junior support engineers as needed.

Requirements

  • Technical proficiency in IT or technical work, or experience with enterprise support.
  • Proficient in written and oral English.
  • Ability to solve complex technical issues and exceed customer expectations.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
