At Intel, we are shaping the future of computing technology to enrich the lives of every person on Earth. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Analyst to join our team.

In this technical role, you will work with End User Collaboration partners to deliver Microsoft 365 technologies to Intel at the right cost, time, and quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving Microsoft 365 incidents and tasks, identifying root causes, and driving closure as needed.

• Accurately documenting all work performed through ticketing systems, including details and outcomes.

• Working in an Agile Framework and utilizing problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Providing customer-obsessed support.

Qualifications:

You must possess the following minimum qualifications to be considered for this position:

• Pursuing a Bachelor, Licenciatura, or Master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Devoting a minimum of 22.5 work-hours per week to this position.

• Being able to stay at least 1 year as an active student.

• Having intermediate to advanced English language skills (written/verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in Microsoft Office suite installation and troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows environment configuration, data analysis, and Microsoft Office 365 online apps.

Work Arrangements:

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model, allowing employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
