Job Description

 

As an Experian Credit Solutions Advocate, you will play a crucial role in assisting consumers with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings.

 

You will be responsible for:

- Assisting consumers with inquiries related to credit bureau processes and providing guidance on correcting errors.

- Receiving consumer requests for assistance, identifying support needs, and either helping or forwarding requests to the appropriate functional area.

- Effectively handling escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner.

 

Qualifications

 

To succeed in this role, you must have:

- 6-12 months of call center experience.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Good knowledge of Experian products and services.

- Proficiency in web-based systems and PC applications.

- Strong customer service skills, including telephone etiquette.

- Ability to problem-solve and think critically.

- Familiarity with federal and state regulations on credit reporting.
