Key Responsibilities:- Assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
- Advocate for solutions that provide reassurance and peace of mind to our members regarding their credit information
- Help members understand the value in their memberships, what benefits they have, and how to use them
- Effectively handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely fashion
- Receive customer requests for assistance, identify support needed, and provide assistance or forward requests to the appropriate functional area for handling
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- 6 months to 1 year of Inbound call handling experience (required)
