Job Responsibilities

The Compensation & Benefits Advisor plans, designs, develops, analyzes, communicates, and implements Total Rewards strategies and programs across the company. They consult with business leaders to develop and implement TR solutions tailored to unique organizational needs.

Your Key Contributions
  • Provides customer support for complex cases, escalating when necessary.
  • Assists with reporting needs, analyzing data, and modeling programs using spreadsheet analysis.
  • Offers analytical support for projects using research and data analysis skills.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A first-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 2-4 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.
  • Systematic knowledge of total rewards disciplines and its link to overall HR and the company's business strategy.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits.
