About the Job:- Assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
- Advocate for solutions that provide reassurance and peace of mind to our members regarding their credit information
- Help members understand the value in their memberships, what benefits they have, and how to use them
- Effectively handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely fashion
- Receive customer requests for assistance, identify support needed, and provide assistance or forward requests to the appropriate functional area for handling
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and assistance to our members.
- 6 months to 1 year of Inbound call handling experience (required)
- High School Diploma (required)
- Excellent English written and oral communications skills (required)
- Able to keep consistent performance on a highly occupied environment (80% Occupancy)
- Detail oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Advanced organizational skills
- Analytical thinking
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong PC/internet skills
