About the Job:
  • Assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
  • Advocate for solutions that provide reassurance and peace of mind to our members regarding their credit information
  • Help members understand the value in their memberships, what benefits they have, and how to use them
  • Effectively handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely fashion
  • Receive customer requests for assistance, identify support needed, and provide assistance or forward requests to the appropriate functional area for handling
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and assistance to our members.

  • 6 months to 1 year of Inbound call handling experience (required)
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Excellent English written and oral communications skills (required)
  • Able to keep consistent performance on a highly occupied environment (80% Occupancy)
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong PC/internet skills
  • Exceptional ability to make fast and accurate decisions
