We are looking for a highly experienced Sales and Revenue Optimization Lead to join our team at Marriott Worldwide.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and increasing market share
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
