**Descripción del Puesto**

El Administrador de Operaciones y Recursos Humanos es un puesto clave en nuestro departamento de recursos humanos. Estás responsable de brindar apoyo administrativo y de oficina a los miembros del equipo de recursos humanos, en procesos relacionados con la administración de archivos de empleados, actualizaciones de datos en sistemas y más.

**Responsabilidades Principales**

Tareas Administrativas:

- Preparar tickets para IT sobre los procesos de promoción realizados, basándose en informes de Head Count, para actualizar roles y permisos en el sistema.

- Preparar requisiciones internas y externas en el sistema, basadas en las necesidades de la área para satisfacer las necesidades tanto de materiales como servicios.

- Actualizar documentos oficiales en la plataforma Master Control para asegurar que la información permanezca actualizada.

- Realizar registros previos de inclusión en el CCSS para estar cubiertos por seguros.

- Mantener un registro histórico por empleado del régimen disciplinario del empleado, para validar si el empleado cumple con las condiciones necesarias para participar en competencias internas.

- Administrar el archivo general de empleados de la compañía, basado en procedimientos establecidos, para garantizar la documentación correcta de información histórica en el archivo del empleado.

- Proporcionar apoyo en tareas relacionadas con cambios en el sistema relacionados con nuevas incorporaciones, salidas, movimientos de personal, cambios de supervisor, para continuidad de negocio.

- Ejecutar otras tareas relacionadas asignadas.

Tareas de Recursos Humanos:

- Apoyar al Personal de RRHH en tareas establecidas y/o asignadas ad-hoc, como eventos sociales (funerales, cumpleaños mensuales y aniversarios), logística y otras.

- Recibir, manejar y atender información confidencial de empleados, incluyendo acciones disciplinarias, quejas y otras relacionadas; siguiendo el protocolo de manejo de toda información de empleados como confidencial en todo momento.

- Mantener y actualizar información para personal garantizando tratamiento adecuado de información confidencial.

- Ejecutar entrada de datos generales, ensamblaje de datos y reportes.

- Soporte para colocar tickets en el sistema QAD para cambios o salidas de personal.

- Ejecutar otras tareas relacionadas asignadas.

Asistencia Ejecutiva:

- Asistir diligentemente al Especialista Senior de Compensaciones y Beneficios con todas las actividades administrativas requeridas con mínima dirección y proactivamente.

**Requisitos y Calificaciones:**

- Título de bachillerato es un requisito obligatorio.

- Alumnos avanzados en Administración de Negocios o campo relacionado.

- Conocimiento de operaciones de RRHH es un plus.

- Inglés como segundo idioma en nivel intermedio es un plus.

- Excelente habilidad en computadoras, especialmente tecleando. Microsoft Office es un requisito obligatorio.

**Experiencia Laboral:**

- Al menos un año de experiencia en pasantías profesionales.

- Habilidades organizativas: Se requiere multitarea, capacidad para gestionar y priorizar múltiples tareas. Trabajar con precisión ante fechas estrictas y detallistas.

- Trabajo en Equipo: Trabaja cooperativamente con otros en la consecución de tareas conjuntas y objetivos comunes. Contribuye a un ambiente de trabajo positivo.

- Atención al Cliente: Capacidad para empatizar y comprender las necesidades y preocupaciones de los clientes, ofreciendo soluciones asertivas a sus requisitos. Sensibilidad para leer emociones.
