**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries from customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle moderate scope and complexity customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions* Utilize critical thinking to analyze customer requests and determine next steps* Implement process improvements to enhance customer experience*

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent* Advanced English (oral and written) C1* Flexible & Adaptable - with schedule, workflow processes, and priorities* Ability to convey a positive customer service and team-oriented attitude* Empathy, Politeness, Active Listening, Critical Thinking* Microsoft Office Knowledge, Computer Skills* Strong alignment with 3M culture and values: Customer at our core, Innovating boldly, Powered by inclusion, Winning with agility*

**What We Offer**

At Solventum, we offer a competitive salary of **$55,000 - $65,000 per year**, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
