Tourism Business Development Manager

About the JobWe're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in tourism business to join our team in Costa Rica. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage relationships with our Specialist Business clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional quality and service.
- Maintain open communication channels with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Create customized proposals that adapt our programs to meet client needs, focusing on quality and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with our Operational Team to deliver high-quality services, analyze operational reports, and implement improvements.
In addition to your client-facing responsibilities, you'll work closely with our Commercial, Finance, and Product Teams to generate business intelligence, monitor performance, and identify areas for growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tourism business, particularly in groups, roundtrips, and fly & drive.
- Excellent quotation skills and cost management abilities.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to quality and efficiency, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
