The HR Process Owner is responsible for conducting standard procedures related to the human resource function, including delivering new hire onboarding sessions, addressing employee policy/procedure questions, benefits administration, and maintaining employee files.
This role provides support to the Human Resources Leader and other team members in executing special projects. Key responsibilities include:
- New Hire Onboarding: Delivering onboarding sessions for new hires, both in-person and virtually, and proposing changes to keep the session fresh and relevant.
- Benefits Administration: Ensuring the proper operation of employee benefits and services, including enrollment management, utilization tracking, budget control, and vendor management.
- Employee Archives/Files: Maintaining physical employee archives/files, including creating files for new employees, sorting and storing relevant documentation, and relocating files of former employees to remote storage.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- College graduate
- Bilingual English B2 level or higher
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources and/or Administration roles
