About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Director of Revenue Growth to lead our RGM Agenda in the Zone, driving the advancement of RGM projects across the franchise. The successful candidate will champion the deployment of RGM capabilities, introducing core solutions that enhance decision-making processes and deliver insightful performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale strategic projects, effectively navigating strategy design and tactical execution
  • Develop and deploy enterprise tools to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth across regions
  • Align with RGM, Categories, Operations, and Technical teams on OBPPC architecture for different channels
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the beverages or FMCG sector, prior experience in RGM and/or commercial disciplines, and excellent analytical skills. They must be able to manage large and fragmented regions, identify different market realities, and address opportunities. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to create value and navigate complex systems.

Salary and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, plus additional benefits and bonuses based on performance.
