About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to lead our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing data-driven decision-making solutions, upskilling stakeholders, and driving profitable decisions through strategy, processes, tools, standard metrics, and analytics.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the timely implementation of the RGM core capability agenda with the LATAM team to equip Franchise teams with data-driven decision-making solutions.
  • Develop upstream and downstream capabilities in the RGM/Integrated Execution space to drive profitable decisions.
  • Understand current shopper situations and P&P offerings, potential shopper out-of-pocket issues, and bring together multiple RGM concepts and capabilities to define strategic RGM directions.
  • Orchestrate smooth collaboration across functional teams to drive growth revenue across regions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in various RGM and/or commercial disciplines, including product portfolio strategy, pricing, and translating strategy into execution.
  • Strong strategic & systematic thinking, forward-looking vision, and ability to create value.
  • Proven ability to work with high degrees of autonomy, manage large and fragmented regions, and communicate critical insights clearly and compellingly.
  • Demonstrated experience in project leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
