**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our Americas Region team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management and a proven ability to drive business growth through process improvement and employee development.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, responsible for delivering high-quality service to customers across North, Central, and South America.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction, reduce complaints, and increase revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, resolve complex issues, and implement new technologies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
