Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer services team, you will assist sales reps and build relationships with customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with new users to register and set up accounts on our platform.
- Assisting in software installation and troubleshooting issues.
- Managing the workflow process of patient-specific items to our manufacturing teams.
- Correlating account data between different internal systems.
- Supporting project improvement tasks specific to improving current state functions with internal departments and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer reported issues.
- Document relevant information and communicate with customers in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback to Engineering for improving product quality and reliability.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary, sales, confidential company information, and patient data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of patient-specific instrumentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel functions and macros.
- Experience with customer support, preferably technical support.
- Spoken and written Spanish/English language proficiency (C1).
