We're looking for a highly skilled Global Sales Expansion Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and responsibilities. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, driving improvements across various selling and expansion-related fields, including logistics, advertising, promotions, tax, compliance, fulfillment, and more.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Qualifying and managing a book of business spanning multiple categories and countries.
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks or other addressable customer experience opportunities across a multifaceted Mexican business landscape.
- Liaising and maintaining regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing marketing strategies and support for regular and key seasonal events.
- Analyzing data and producing insightful business strategies that drive results.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
- Experience in relationship management within technology and start-ups.
- E-commerce industry or related industry experience.
- Analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resourcefully achieve success in ambiguous situations.
