Our Global Sales team operates across Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, identifying and solving complex challenges for our customers while expanding their businesses internationally.

We're looking for a highly skilled Global Sales Expansion Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and responsibilities. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, driving improvements across various selling and expansion-related fields, including logistics, advertising, promotions, tax, compliance, fulfillment, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying and managing a book of business spanning multiple categories and countries.
  • Identifying and resolving bottlenecks or other addressable customer experience opportunities across a multifaceted Mexican business landscape.
  • Liaising and maintaining regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Developing marketing strategies and support for regular and key seasonal events.
  • Analyzing data and producing insightful business strategies that drive results.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
  • Experience in relationship management within technology and start-ups.
  • E-commerce industry or related industry experience.
  • Analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resourcefully achieve success in ambiguous situations.
