Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Sales Development Representative to join our team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica.

This is a new entry-level role ideal for someone looking to grow into a Strategic Account Manager position, or pursue a career in sales. As the program expands, more responsibilities will be added.

Responsibilities:

- Create, manage and drive to sales acceptance all inbound and outbound leads.

- Provide LIVE registration support to sellers.

- Adhere to defined KPIs, and report to partner teams.

- Vet and de-duplicate lead lists against our CRM, holdout lists, and managed portfolio to ensure net new leads.

- Find contact information for key stakeholders (many times C-level executives) through internal tools.

- Understand the Amazon value proposition and pitch it to prospective Selling Partners.

- Update and maintain customer information within our CRM.

Preferred Qualifications:

- College Degree or currently in first or second year of obtaining an undergraduate degree

- Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.

- Demonstrated appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs.

- Understanding of quality metrics and processes.

- Demonstrate professional oral communication.
