Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our Payroll Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in translating business visions and complex concepts into technical requirements, including previous roles as Business or Product Analyst. They will be responsible for collaborating with a globally diverse team, working in multiple time zones, and driving creative solutions for bugs and defects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing UAT scripts, coordinating release testing, maintaining product documentation, and monitoring competition to stay ahead of the industry curve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a globally diverse team to drive innovation and growth
- Develop UAT scripts and coordinate release testing
- Maintain product documentation
- Monitor competition and conduct ongoing research to understand advances made in the industry
- Drive creative solutions for bugs and defects
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in translating business visions and complex concepts into technical requirements, and strong problem-solving skills. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong fluency in English, and a passion for collaborating with diverse and global teams.
