Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, your primary focus will be on establishing strong relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and challenges, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

You will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring all commitments are fulfilled and client expectations are surpassed, thus cementing trust and reliability.

Developing strategies to expand the client portfolio, leveraging market insights and strategic planning to attract new clients and identify growth opportunities within the existing portfolio, will be another key aspect of your role.

You will also maximize the value of existing accounts by continuously assessing and identifying opportunities for enhancing the value of current client relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing tailored financial solutions that meet evolving client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A systems engineer with related background and more than 7 years of experience in the role of Account Manager in technological solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of specific technology solutions and project management offered by the company.
  • Ability to understand the client's technical and business needs and translate them into viable solutions using available technology.
