Job Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Solaz a Luxury Collection Resort Los Cabos. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our operations team, including managing databases, updating records, and responding to guest inquiries;
  • Prepare and transmit documents using various software applications;
  • Operate standard office equipment and maintain filing systems;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed;
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of records and reports.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Excellent communication and organizational skills;Proficiency in computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database management;Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality;Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
