**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Expense Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supporting the process of travel and expense claim forms and all relevant documents according to legal requirements and internal guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Receive and review travel and expense claim forms and supporting documents
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with local units and internal/external customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve any discrepancies or issues

**Qualifications & Requirements**

  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and computer skills
  • Knowledge of SAP, ERP and banking portals an asset
