This role involves engaging with customers daily, providing detailed information about our products, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate updates to customer information.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with customer inquiries and concerns.
- Meet performance metrics and client expectations consistently.
- Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and quality support.
- Maintain customer records with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other methods to update their accounts.
- Adhere to company core values and actively participate in company initiatives.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service is advantageous.
- Fluency in English at a CEFR B2 level or higher is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
