Job Description
We are seeking a CRAT Lean Champion Manager to drive and implement lean manufacturing principles and practices within our Costa Rica Intel Factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for eliminating waste, improving efficiency, and optimizing production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and implement lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Eliminate waste and improve efficiency
- Optimize production processes
- Work closely with teams and departments to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing operations
- Train employees on lean manufacturing techniques
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume production operations
- Advanced English capability on both writing and speaking
- An unrestricted Costa Rica work permit
- Possession of a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred)
