Job Description
Pae Costa Rica is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT support department, you will be responsible for partnering with key business leaders and customers to drive process improvements and enhance our IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Educate and train IT support members on process improvement tools and techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate IT support members' performance against established quality metrics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance duties.
- Fluent English and Spanish or English 85-95% proficiency.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
