Job Description
As an Associate - Operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and working closely with our clients to understand their business needs. You will analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to delivering high-quality services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
You should have a minimum academic qualification of a High School graduate and basic computer knowledge. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, 0-2 years of experience in customer service, and a basic knowledge of US Mortgage Regulations in Origination.
