Job Summary
This Procure to Pay Team Lead position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for operations management to join a dynamic team at Pfizer. As a member of our GBS Shared Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Procure-to-Pay process, which includes procurement, payment processing, and vendor management. You will also work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that align with Pfizer's business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Procure-to-Pay process, ensuring it meets Pfizer's service level agreements, statutory requirements, and special country processing needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive business excellence and efficiency.
- Develop and implement controls to mitigate risks associated with the Procure-to-Pay process.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior leaders.
- Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the team, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve the Procure-to-Pay process and related activities.
