**Process Excellence Lead**
Msd is looking for a seasoned Process Excellence professional to lead our organization's efforts in improving processes and achieving operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions.
- Provide training and coaching on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
- Maintain detailed records of all process improvement projects.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting, or related field.
- 5+ year experience implementing Kaizen tools, techniques, and accelerators to achieve process improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from an accredited certifying authority (i.e., ASQ, Motorola University, Gemba Academy) with a goal to get Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (desirable).
- Agile or Scrum Certification (i.e., Scrum Master, Disciplined Agile Scrum Master) is a plus.
