**How you will contribute**
You will:
- Provide training on CI tools and techniques to help drive teams through CI cycles.
You will also coach employees to help them achieve their targets
- Identify process improvement needs with department leads, facilitate sessions and support execution of newly established improvements
- Once improvements are done, validate outcome benefits and support creation of new standards and qualification of members into new working processes
- Benchmark externally, ensuring where relevant that best practice and new tools are deployed in collaboration with internal partners

- Experience implementing CI processes (e.g.
TPM for manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma in the consumer goods industry)
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience in change management processes
- Logical thinking and capacity to influence
- Results oriented and prepared to deal with ambiguity
- Experience such as: continuous improvement manager, team leader roles, area manager
**More about this role**
- CI Lead manages CI programs adoption across MDS (Mondelez Digital Services) Function
- CI Lead trains, coaches and guides on structured problem solving tools, methods and programs
- CI Lead owns & delivers priority projects across the CI spectrum or acts as a CI SME in specific innovation & simplification initiatives
- CI Lead manages Technology Innovation Program
**What you need to know about this position**:
- Must be able to develop effective partnership with internal and external stakeholders to drive performance improvements; must be a good team player and know how to build his/her own network
- Must have positive energy and ability to energize others and have excellent communication, presentation, training and interpersonal skills.
- Must leverage Stakeholder engagement and must have the ability to work with colleagues from operations up to executive level
- Must have the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and delegate
- Must be highly analytical and have relevant process expertise in order to identify and structure issues and synthesize recommendations.
**What extra ingredients you will bring**:
- Progressive work experience in Simplification & Innovation (Lean Six Sigma; Agile)
- Experience of working in a global business services environment or internal service delivery (minimum 7+ years of experience)
- Experience in complex organizations and matrix reporting relationship
- Strong project management with hands-on-delivery of end-to-end improvement projects
- Ability to break down complex problems
- Ability to develop productive working relationships with a variety of teams and business leaders and influence them without authority
- Fluent in English and Spanish
**Education / Certifications**:
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Optional / Plus - Recognized Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, Certified Enterprise Coach, SAFe Agilist
- Optional / Plus - End to End user experience: UI/UX, Solution analyst, Architect, Designer and Testing.
