Job Summary

An Inside Account Manager at TD SYNNEX plays a pivotal role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Their primary goal is to ensure client needs are met and address any concerns promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively manage accounts by evaluating product mix and profitability.
  2. Makes adjustments to meet TD SYNNEX profitability objectives.
  3. Develops strategic business plans and effectively presents to TD SYNNEX management.
  4. Provides regional-level direction in the absence of the manager.
  5. On a daily basis, provides team direction on KPI performance, company directives, vendor initiatives, etc.
  6. Manages advanced inbound and outbound sales calls to quote prices, provide product information, and build relationships with customers.
  7. Assists associates and reps in resolving complex, important customer problems or issues.
  8. Helps resellers get best pricing/deals through alliances with internal TD departments; informs business partners of vendor-related promotions and floor days; forms relationships; provides proactive business solutions.
  9. Identifies, develops, and implements business opportunities through customer-facing activities.
  10. Represents TD SYNNEX at business partner events.

  1. Able to assimilate research data from various sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
  2. Able to be diplomatic when handling calls/correspondence for Management.
  3. Able to coach others in the development of their skills. Able to comprehend, integrate, and improve upon complex cross-functional business processes.
  4. Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
  5. Able to facilitate group interactions.
  6. Able to identify needs and opportunities and develop action plans to address.
  7. Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  8. Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
  9. Able to serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.
  10. Able to sort through numerical information and recognize trends and details.
  11. Able to use relevant computer system applications at an advanced level.
  12. Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
  13. Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
  14. Able to analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion.
