Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Proof Delivery Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in obtaining proof of delivery from patients and ensuring timely completion of outbound dialer calls and inbound calls.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Obtain return of the proof of delivery (POD) document from patients through database worklist prioritization.
  • Complete outbound dialer calls and handle inbound calls efficiently.
  • Identify additional contact numbers as necessary.
  • Interact with patients, home health agencies, and doctors' offices to obtain required information for locating patients.
  • Conduct research by reviewing order notes, documents on file, previous orders, and internet searches to determine course of action for each assigned worklist item.
  • Enter detailed order notes documenting course of action taken in multiple systems.
  • Maintain assigned worklist in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in reasonable work activities as assigned by management, including overtime.
  • Understand and comply with HIPPA regulations and PHI, as well as 3M policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible and adaptable schedule, workflow processes, and priorities.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience.
  • Able to multitask and toggle through 4-5 different systems using dual screens.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Able to operate independently without close supervision.
  • Ability to convey positive customer service and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in business dealings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a dialer in a phone customer service environment.
  • Experience working in an environment where daily goals need to be met individually and as a team.
  • Experience using dual monitors.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Nice Incontact.
