JLL supports the whole individual, both personally and professionally.

The role involves coordinating within multidisciplinary teams and client activities, maintaining up-to-date organizational tasks, composing regular reporting, and administering key leadership meeting series. The responsibilities include continuous improvement of our Quality Program, supporting management and leadership in designing quality assurance programs, reviewing SOPs, change control documentation, investigations, discrepancies, Corrective and Preventative Actions, and providing training materials used by the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Global Operational Excellence team to continuously improve and execute the Quality Program
  • Assisting in developing and implementing quality assurance programs and requirements, ensuring services and documentation comply with JLL, client policies, and procedures
  • Reviewing SOPs, change control documentation, investigations, discrepancies, Corrective and Preventative Actions, and providing training materials for the team
  • Working with delivery teams to provide quality requirements, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, international standards, and internal procedures
  • Interfacing with the account SME to ensure applicable SOPs are followed and work performed by the team is documented and recorded for accuracy and compliance
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance strategy and controls, contributing to quality account communications, and ensuring quality engagement and understanding across the account

Requirements:

  • Policy, Standards, and Controls knowledge is essential
  • Minimum three years of experience with an organization's quality control procedures, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow
  • Experience dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a variety of clients and colleagues at various seniority levels
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, making decisions where necessary, and solve problems efficiently
  • Demonstrates personal accountability, ownership, and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Team player who works effectively with colleagues and clients, establishing good relationships with both
  • Ability to prioritize workload and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner, with a high level of assertiveness
  • A thoughtful, cheerful, and positive attitude is essential, as is a genuine enthusiasm for the work that will be undertaken
