Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Fairfield by Marriott San Jose Airport Alajuela. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel rooms and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel
  • Clean and prepare hotel rooms for guests, including making beds, restocking linens, and ensuring that all amenities are provided
  • Restock and replenish supplies as needed
  • Participate in deep cleaning projects to maintain the overall appearance of the hotel
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field highly preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work independently
