We're a leading Amazon agency searching for a Senior Business Development Manager to focus on appointment setting and lead generation , driving the future of our growth.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Proactively develop and execute outbound strategies to generate new leads and book appointments with potential clients.
Identify decision-makers and nurture relationships to open new doors.
Create tailored outreach campaigns using a mix of communication channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.).
Optimize appointment-setting processes to ensure a high conversion rate from leads to qualified opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage content and campaigns for lead generation.
Analyze and track lead-generation performance, providing reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Proven success in appointment setting and outbound lead generation (minimum 2-3 years in sales or business development).
Strong experience connecting with prospects, creating opportunities, and converting leads into appointments.
Familiarity with the Amazon or e-commerce space is a bonus, but not required—be ready to learn quickly
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with potential clients.
Strong self-motivation, organization, and an eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of individual results.
