About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand our customers' needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Productivity and Efficiencies: Develop and implement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency across our organization.
- Execute Procurement and Agency Management: Lead all procurement and agency management activities, including selecting and managing vendors and agencies.
- Influence Governance Standards: Work closely with our governance teams to ensure compliance with corporate and financial standards.
Requirements:
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 Years of Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of the beverage industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
