We're seeking an experienced Web Hosting Specialist to join our Customer Success Team,
a collaborative group of web hosting industry professionals who will support your growth and encourage you to stay curious.
The role offers a unique blend of technical challenges and customer satisfaction,
allowing you to develop indispensable knowledge about our customers and products,
and contributing to your long-term career goals in the web hosting industry.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized support;
- Offer additional services, tools, and products that enhance customer success;
- Continuously develop and refine your technical skills to tackle complex issues;
- Fluent written English communication (C1 level);
- At least 1 year of troubleshooting experience in IT;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including proactivity and empathy;
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in rotating shifts (including nights and weekends);
- A computer with the following specifications: processor - Intel i5 or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, RAM: 8 GB or higher;
- Full-time, permanent position;
- English language requirement: C1 level;
- Shift availability: Day Shift (required), Night Shift (required), Overnight Shift (preferred).
