Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Support Delivery Managers and CSS Training teams to identify and address readiness gaps
  • Manage complex cases and develop innovative solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with our stakeholders to identify and recommend technical, program process, and tool opportunities

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist who possesses:

  • Strong technical expertise in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting, or technical troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
