Deal Desk Associate

A vital component of our expanding sales support function, facilitating the contracting process for new customers.
**Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include**:
- Generate new business contract packs
- Act as gatekeeper to team inbox and manage tickets related to sales operations support requests for new business transactions
- Monitor the release and completion of Anti Money Laundering documentation
- Assist with the Non-Disclosure Agreements process for new prospects
- Collaborate with other internal departments including proactive sales team engagement
- Maintain an up-to-date deal desk pipeline to allow for more accurate forecasting within SOPS
- Establish consistent recordkeeping and version control by posting file updates to designated systems/folders and distributing within the business as applicable
- Prepare meeting notes and follow-up actions
- Perform other administrative functions or assignments on an ad-hoc basis
**Attributes and Experience Required**:
- Detail Oriented - Drafting and proofing documents
- Ability to drive customer communication and build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Good organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work as an individual contributor and as a part of a team
- Customer service driven
- Process driven/Process Improvement ideology
- Problem solving/Critical thinking
- Experience with contracts is a plus
