Customer Success Analyst

_We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Analyst for the Artificial Intelligence and RPA program. In this role, you will execute the marketing strategy for EFX RPA/ML, joining the team in its mission to make machine learning and robotic process automation accessible to all business units. This role will be responsible for leading the Automation Adoption program and helping internal clients conceptualize and implement small POC to showcase the RPA/ML capabilities._
**What you’ll do**:
- **Lead the ML/RPA product marketing program**:You will inspire and motivate teams to accomplish big tasks, and you consistently reinforce strong product marketing fundamentals with your team.
- **Positioning, messaging, and thought leadership**:You will own developing and iterating crisp and memorable positioning and messaging that brings clarity to customers in a segment that is full of hype and hand-waving. You have unreasonably high standards for differentiated, compelling storytelling, and are obsessed with measuring the impact of the content your team creates.
- **Product launches**:Work with the product owner and delivery team to bring new products to market internally through field enablement as well as through online, mainstage, community, and influencer channels.
**What experience you need**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or management information systems or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience acting as **Customer Success Analyst/Product Owner**
- 3+ years of experience implementing cross-channel/multi-channel marketing strategies
- 3+ years of experience managing the product life cycle of technology solutions for internal/external customers
- English Proficiency (B2+ or higher)
**What could set you apart**:
- Expertise in using project management tools such as Jira and Aha
- Demonstrate technical product expertise from a functional perspective, as well as industry, technology, and vendor literacy and analysis (e.g. contribute to building vs buy decisions).
- Knowledge of Automation Strategies which include communication across organizations
