ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES


This role is part of Finance department, the role is responsible for processing discounting payments for retailers contracted with Reynolds and their sales representatives.

Resolve inquiries about contracts, payments, payment dates, products among others.

Reports to:
OTC Team Leader

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Precise analysis of contracted accounts.
  • Assist TMR's with inquiries related to the contracted retailers.
  • Comply with the process KPIs.
  • Process documentation.
  • Complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required.
  • Analyze and handle situations that may arise, different from the work routine.
  • Proactive and looking for possible improvements to make the processes simpler and faster.

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

  • Do you have B2+ English Level?
  • Do you have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs?
  • Are you detail oriented?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • At least 1 year of analyst experience or related.
  • Experience working under pressure.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).
  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • B2+ English Level.
  • Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
