BAT COSTA RICA IS LOOKING FOR AN ORDER TO CASH DISCOUNTING SME (SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT)

SENIORITY LEVEL:

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of GBS Finance.

The role is responsible for process optimization, reviewing and processing discounting payments for retailers contracted with Reynolds and their sales representatives.

Resolve inquiries about contracts, payments, payment dates, and products among others.

Reports to:
OTC Manager

Reporting Level:
No direct reports

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Act as key support for the team (Analysts, Team Leads & Managers)
  • Process improvement/automation through Excel macros, Power Bi, and other related tools.
  • Review and process payments based on Reynolds American Inc. discounting programs.
  • Provide support and related to assigned processes to senior analysts, team leads, managers, and Trade representatives related to BAU processes.
  • Review and approve TLDs related to all assigned operation processes (Process documentation).
  • Complete all reports assigned in the required recurrence and align with the process's important metrics.
  • Provide support with Sox controls if/when needed.
  • Continuous Improvement attitude.
  • Analyze and handle situations that may arise, different from the work routine, be proactive, and look for possible improvements to make the processes simpler and faster.

  • Do you have B2+ English Level?
  • Do you have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • At least 2 years of experience or related.
  • Experience working under pressure and a continuous improvement attitude.
  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).
  • Power Bi intermediate/advanced knowledge.
  • B2+ English Level.
  • Student or graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

  • Salesforce Knowledge.

  • USA Visa is a plus.
