5+ years of Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

  • 5+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
  • 5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
  • 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Excellent time management skills. Ability to prioritize, work independently, and deliver on urgent priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, able to positively influence behaviors and outcomes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a work ethic based upon a strong desire to exceed expectations.
  • Project management ability that shows how to organize, find solutions, follow through to a successful conclusion.
  • Demonstrated data analytics proficiency (excel skills, experience using Tableau or BI tools).
  • Bachelor's Degree or Studies in Finance, business, engineering, statistics, or related analytical field.
  • 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
  • MBA, or CPA
  • Experience working with largescale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
  • 6+ years of Order to cash full cycle expertise.
  • Expertise in Six Sigma or other Lean defect reduction techniques.
